Ever since she was young, Abigail has been drawn to creating balance in the world. And yet as a highly sensitive person, she often struggled to maintain balance within herself. When Abigail was facing a number of health challenges while trying to raise her two young children and had lost hope for healing, she found Eden Energy Medicine. She was amazed by how quickly she started to feel more alive and well again by simply practicing gentle, daily energy exercises that only took 10-minutes! She strove to learn more and, over many years of study and training, developed a strong competency in energy healing and working intuitively.

Abigail has been helping people activate the natural healer within themselves over the past number of years. The combination of her Energy Medicine training and intuitive abilities brings richness and depth to her work and enables her to effectively guide the healing process for each individual client. Having experienced the power of Energy Medicine firsthand, she has a sincere passion for igniting the belief in others that anyone can heal and transform.
